Raylyn,I called my local newspaper seeking the how to's of submitting the article you refer to. I was given 3 options.. the most appealing was to personalize it to such a degree it could go into another catrgory of writiinigs. The represenatattive I spoke with was very helpful and very willing to run thte movified version.
