think frozen shoulder. my left shoulder also creeks and groans. it sounds like a ratchet - click, click, click,... one doctor said rotator cuff, another said arthtitis, tendonitis, bursitits,.... i tired acupuncture/chrirhopractor. it helped a little but didn't contiue to improve. for me, it is VERY painful. any time i have to reach behind me, i want to scream. forward movement isn't so bad. no pain killer had worked so far. some time ago gail vass forwarded information on frozen shoulder. gail - still got it? could you send it again?
