PAN PUBLIC POLICY FORUM MAY 19th -- 21st

The 8th annual PAN Public Policy Forum is commencing on May 19 and
continuing thru the 21st. On the 22nd Michael J. Fox will be testify with
Joan Samuelson before the Senate Labor -- Health and Human Services
committee. There is still time to register for the forum, and this year
generous donations have enabled PAN to offer to defray the costs of
travel and accommodations for those who need some help to get to
Washington. This year's emphasis will be on grassroots advocacy, and in
addition there will be presentations by leading scientists from the
National Institutes of Health, the National Institute of Environmental
Health, the Department of Defense, and leading universities discussing
cutting edge research aimed at finding a cure for Parkinson's. Having
attended the Forum in 2000, I can tell you that it is an invaluable
experience that will energize and motivate attendees while teaching them
the skills and knowledge they will need as they make a difference at home
and "On the Hill" in curing Parkinson's and other neurological disorders.
Call PAN at 800 -- 850 -- 4726 and inquire about registration and the PAN
scholarship fund to help make it possible for you to attend this year's
Forum.

you, and you are interested in becoming a part of this effort, or you
