Hi all,

What's the old saw? ... There's no rest for the wicked. And
there's no rest for the PWP computer trainer either! VA last
week, IA this week, GA next week, and then CA and MO. At the
same time, I'm reviewing the technical details of a revision to
     my company's C++ course and working on my Web-site.  I guess it's
good that I'm home on weekends! :-/ Now all I have to do is to
find time to answer e-mail!! :-(

        Speaking of my Web-site ...

I recently modified two pages at my site. For anybody who is
interested, I would like to have some constructive feedback. I
need to know if they look okay on other's screens; is there a
good contrast between the text and its background; do pages load
quickly enough; do pages take up too much screen space for your
monitor; etc., etc., etc. ... The two pages are:

        My home page:
                     http://w3.one.net/~wap/ new page
                                      ... /index.old.html old page

My Grand Funk Railroad fan-site entry page:
              http://w3.one.net/~wap/GFR_WEB/ new page
                                       ... /index.old.html old page

I'm running Netscape Navigator 4.78 on a Power Mac G3 blue-
and-white tower with 256M RAM on a 300MHz clock. They look good
on my screen. But, as they say, YMMV, ;-) Thanks, in advance
     for anybody's constructive input.

(BTW, although a "rocker" at heart, I can get into a really
good "big band" from time to time. And, I will get around to up-
dating with the "new look" my PWP pages ... eventually, I hope!
     (-:)

Well, maybe to try to put a little on-topic stuff in here ...
I recently changed my drug schedule and it seems to have helped
even things out for me. Well, I think it does. It feels like it
     does ... :-)

         6 a.m. half a Sinemet CR 50mg/200mg, 2 Requip 1mg,
                1 Amantadine 100mg 1 Cogentin .5mg, 1 Eldepryl 5mg,
1 Levoxyl .5mg (for Thyroid condition)
         9 a.m. half a Sinemet CR 50mg/200mg, 2 Requip 1mg,
                1 Amantadine 100mg
        12 p.m. half a Sinemet CR 50mg/200mg, 2 Requip 1mg,
                1 Amantadine 100mg 1 Cogentin .5mg
         3 p.m. half a Sinemet CR 50mg/200mg, 1 Requip 1mg,
                1 Amantadine 100mg
         6 p.m. half a Sinemet CR 50mg/200mg, 1 Requip 1mg
                1 Cogentin .5mg, 1 Eldepryl 5mg
         9 p.m. half a Sinemet CR 50mg/200mg, 1 Requip 1mg
     As needed: 2 Keflex 500mg (pre-dental work/hip replacement),
1 Viagra 50mg (due to some combination of other drugs (-;)

Times may vary +/- 30 minutes and I may even forget to take
the last dose and still do okay.

        (Isn't the "big blue pill" a (non-CR) Sinemet 25/250? I was
on those for a while ... <shudder> ... it was the first Sinemet
that did anything for me ... horrible ... blechhhh ... Arrggg
     ...)

Oh, and BTW, Murray -- I don't always have time to surf
through all of the links, but I *DO* appreciate the work that you
do for us in collecting the information. There are times when I,
too, have to be sure that my services (my Web-site and mailing
list) are needed and appreciated by the users. I should have let
you know without being prompted. Great work -- keep it up.

        Take care all ...
