I don't think this is a matter of who values what more. Others just have a belief system that they are trying to adhere to without contradicting actions. I am actually pro spermless cloning for therapeutic application. But that doesn't mean I think those against it value the future of clones over the awful future of the Parkinson's patient with no cure in sight.
