Early on in my father's PD, we heard about a specialist in Neurology. We called him only to discover that he was part of a larger group of Neurologists within which worked a doctor he was already seeing. Sure enough, the people on the other end of the phone were icy cold, very disdainful. I assured them I did not know this was out of line. Luckily there was an even better doctor at our Medical Center.
