Hello All,
When Dad had PD, we knew he was getting sicker and was looking half of what
he used to before PD, but never once did we doubt that he could understand
us.
Even when Dad could not walk, talk, sit up, move or chew his food, he was
always mentally alert. I remember some of our best laughs we had trying to
force "healthy" food down him. He could eat a pizza any time but not boring
breads. Well even if he couldn't eat it all too well, the enthusiasm shone
in his eyes.

But I really do want to know whether this inability to comprehend whether
the PWP understands you or not, does this happen to a lot of people? Coz Dad
always understood everything.

Take care
Lavanya
