Marilyn - Read with interest about your foot surgery and too-close-cut on your toenail. But what I'm writing about is very, very important. Be very sure that your herbal pill doesn't counteract with any of your meds. There's been so much lit lately about how harmful herbals can be with regular meds. I even quit taking St. John's Wort because if emphasized my BP meds.
