Diana, I'm 51 & experiencing no tremor, but lots of running forward &
backward, crashing around my house. My HMO referred me to physical therapy &
sent person to my home for safety evaluation.  At PT I learned o use cane to
slow my steps in the house and strategized putting marks on my floor so I
could remember too step over rather than run. 75 mg of Mirapex 3X daily w/
my Sinemet & yoga stretches help too. Robyn
