Can anyone help me?

My mother was first diagnosed in 1993 in Baltimore, US. Back then her symptoms were tremors with masked like expressions. The neurologist asked her to walk spoke to her for max. 7 minutes and concluded that she had Parkinsons! She was put on Sinemet then.
Today she is 72 years. Everything has been downhill since 1993. She now cannot walk, talk (when she does her speech is all garbelled). I don't know if she can comprehend what we are saying. She needs full time assistance/care.
Can I do anything to change her situation. Is there anything that will help her? She was so full of life before this. My only regret being I didn't do enough for her when she could comprehend. I'd give anything to change her situation. Please, anyone, help.
I LOVE MY MOM
Nagma
