Hello Everyone, I am so sorry for whatever virus came your way. I was just stunned when I got all the virus emails, coz I didnt have any indication of any problem with the comp before that. So I do apologize to everyone if I did do any harm Ok now the next thing. I have downloaded an updated virus software so am hopeful taht it would take care of the problem. But I have no idea whether it has or hasn't. I mean I have run the virus scan, it located some problems and rectified that, but how do I know for sure that this mail doesnt have virus? And I understand about the "Bad Name" and I did not take offence to it. I just want to tell you that I am myself a bit scared of posting here again. How do I make sure that this doesnt happen again? Another thing- This virus seems to have been from the outlook express. Should I go to add/remove prog and remove OE and then reinstall it? Will that help? Or will removing it, completely get rid of the software and I would have to redownload it from somewhere? Or do you suppose that the latest virus check would have solved the problem by now?
