Lavanya,
I do not know enough about the computer. Hope some expert will answer
your questions and we can all learn from it. What is interesting and
scary about your attachment, which does not appear to be yours at all
although it had your email address, was the name DONATED PRESCRIPTION.
We talked a lot a few days ago about donated prescriptions. Somebody
has been watching the exchange of information on DONATED PRESCRIPTION;
could be some stranger to the List or a member. Having a good software,
and/or following all precautions that Murray indicated, can give one a
peace of mind.
I suggest that you do not undo your Outlook Express. Make sure that you
run LIVE UPDATE of your software program to protect you against the
latest viruses, perhaps, once a week. After a life update run a scan on
your entire computer.After the later you will be informed if the viruses
were found, cleaned and/or quarantined. Until you hear from somebody
else, I thought I would give you my perspective.
Emily
