Senator Hatch (Utah) has chosen to support SCNT for therapeutic research. This is a very important step forward in the effort to win Senate approval on this issue as up until just recently, Senator Hatch had been undecided. I have emailed Senator Hatch twice with my appeal for his support in allowing research in SCNT. He has studied this issue and has listened to the voices of people from all walks of life: Nobel laureates, past presidents, you and me. I applaud Senator Hatch for his independent action and carefully (prayerfully) considered decision. Our voices are being heard.
