Exactly what are the "potential liablities" for the UT for providing
computer services for this list? The donated medication thread is the only
thing that comes to my mind right now. And I would think control of the
postings could eliminate such "potential liablities." I can see where there
is a need, an excellent idea, to pare down the number of subscribers to make
us more palatable to the UT or elsewhere; the list should take a proactive
stance on this and delete everyone who has not officially resubscribed by a
specific date. Again I think we all can be careful about our postings, the
number, the length, and the content.
Is there any further update on the "negotiations" with UT? Elsewhere?
Is UT likely to continue to provide computer services? For how long?
