I take sinemet 50/200 CR and it works gfor me to take them every 4 houres saeting at 6:00 AM. It is my understanding that the standard 25/100 will last about two hours or with Comtan they might last three hours. Now this is hiw they work for me. i have tried just about every combination of PD medication and this is what works most consistently for me. I have only been a Parkie for 15 years.
