The evening and bedtime doses of Sinemet are often helpful.  Some PWP find
that unless they take a bedtime dose, they are unable fully to relax for
sleeping.

Invariably, the effect is worn out by morning, if you sleep on the average
six to eight hours.

I usually advise taking the AM Sinemet "before you kiss your spouse" or
brush your teeth:  i.e first thing in the morning.  Some PWP like to take a
regular Sinemet, since it works faster.  Seek the advise of your neurologist
if you are having this type of problem.
