Hi Ronald, Welcome back, I to took an hiatus for about one year and a half years. Exercise is very important, I use to run and do yoga, have not ran for three months because it pay for it at night, I think I might have to up my drugs. I am also 54 almost 55 and was DX in 97. I love to run and did a 10K run a little over a year ago. I now take care of my little grandson whom is only 5 months old I have him 4 days a week. I am expecting another any day now he is over due. I will take care of them both. There parents work for us.
