Tom and List Friends

We do need to keep  another factor in  mind in our discussion ......... The
darn sugar  has some other things associated with it  that may make the
consumption of "diet" drinks quite attractive  .....  Sugar INTERFERES with
Calcium ABSORPTION ! Do we have anyone elses attention while they are
waiting their 1/2 hour for the "Fosomax" to be absorbed ......... Just a
thought for all of us calcium junkies out there .... Rob
