some online lessons...If you scroll down to the lower left it says you can try a
lesson which takes you to section that says...."Awareness

done from tapes, printed materials, or even directly from your computer screen.
The lessons presented here are specifically designed for computer users."...
and you can buy their tapes...it also gives a link to locate practioners

FELDENKRAIS METHOD
I did not get any results from the "find a Practitioner" either. I
live
close to our state's medical center and university (University of
Arkansas
for Medical Sciences). And though Arkansas has a fairly unhealthy
reputation, one of area we excel in is the formation of their
Reynolds
Center on Aging. I tell you this, because while I did not find a
Feldenkrais
practitioner at their center, they had at least heard of it.
If I find some to choose from I will email them to all.
