   After having the brain cells fuse together.... your comment on my "new" doc is not taken with any offense.  I like your idea and the suggestion of many others to just eat active yogurt a few times a week and keep a healthy diet instead of chasing a dragon.

Many doctors have different opinions on yeast overgrowth. Some do not believe in this at all. I do have a book on yeast overgrowth as my immunity system is overactive and have problems with health issues. Regularity of bowl movements is important for anybody. I eat 3 times a week a non fat yoghurt with ACTIVE bacteria content. That keeps my bowls clean. This is especially important if you are on antibiotics. You are saying that this particular doctor is nice and changed his tune when he realized "who you are". This does not sound he is nice to everybody. I hope you do not mind my comment. Take care.
