hi all even though i've not yet read any of the items below, i have to congratulate JAMA on tackling these issues if our research studies are tainted by bias in any way what is the point of doing them? i am reminded of sailing days in bermuda - i was part of a crew in a regular saturday race - our skipper had a tendency to 'cheat' - i lost interest - a 'victory' or a 'loss' in those circumstances had no meaning for me i say 'our research' deliberately; the work being done contributes to the body of human knowledge which is communal imho, attempts to apply the concepts of capitalism and exclusive ownership to it are misguided and doomed to failure knowledge is us! pie are squared! and aitch two oh! and the canadian dollar (used to) equal(s) seventy-five percent of the us dollar! and the us dollar (used to) equal(s) one hundred and thirty three percent of the canadian dollar! janet ------------------------------------------------ Greetings!
