Dear Bob,

Thank you for sharing your letter and news of Nancy with us.  I'm so
sorry for your whole family that Nancy is having such a hard time of it
now.  I missed you, Nancy and your family at the forum this year, and
worried about how she was doing.  You are a remarkable person, as is
Nancy.  I still dearly hope that there is a chance of relief for Nancy.
