Dear Janet: It seems quite improbable but for the last couple of days I have actually missed wondering what your quotes of the day were going to be. The regrets I have felt in the past over some of my critical statements re postings to the PIEN have been that sometimes my words were written in the heat of momentary outrage and could be construed to be much harsher than I meant them to be. So it was here, also, to some degree. Please don't stop your postings completely.........just read them more carefully for their incendiary capacity before you post the quotes.......then if you want to post multiple quotes put them all in one e-mail....our "in boxes" then will not be cluttered up so much with those many separate e-mails. I think probably that was what prompted other, perhaps harsher, criticisms than mine. I also think that the particular quote to which exception was taken triggered a subliminal memory of the controversy I sparked last year regarding the comments of the then resident hard-line pacifist we had on our list. Since that time she chose to remove herself and start her own list. Even she and I declared a truce and reached agreement on our love of puns and wordplay and exchanged off list e-mails and pleasantries. Next time I disagree with some non-PD comments (not necessarily yours) I promise to weigh my words more carefully in my criticism. That is, of course, if I can't restrain myself from responding at all. I hope this mollifies your obviously bruised feelings and that you will accept this olive branch in the manner I am extending it. So here is a pun "rendered" (I have been told that my puns were certainly rendered ---I wonder what they meant, LOL?) in contrition: There was a smart-aleck Parkie named Don Who in the heat of a moment would respond In a way perhaps too critical To postings perhaps too political And his answers as PD were non. BTW, to get this on the PD track and perhaps stave off a reprimand re non-PD postings, have you, or anyone else on the list who would like to respond. have any experience re CoQ10?
