Irene, PS is the same as phosphatidylserine......don't makae maea type it,see hhow I tytpee? I have 100 mg variety now. I"m going for the 250 glutathione, but am in no position to recommend to anyone. I thought about going low, going slow, but decided that since oral glutathione is not supposed to be as effective as the intravaenous, I'd try the higher mg. Maybe Raj can tell you what he takes.
