I use to be completely free of any postural instability when I work most
of the day time in my backyard doing gardening. I guess that any kind of
physical activity gives temporary relief from these symptoms. I think what
one should look for is how to get rid of this defect permanently or at least
reduce the degree of this discomfort so that this won't show up the next
morning with the same intensity.
I am glad that you are getting some temporary relief enabling you to
dance on the treadmill. I also note that your typing has improved too.
I am taking two 50 mg GSH capsules one in the morning first thing along
with my green tea and one in the afternoon along with my lunch. I am afraid
to take a third one in the evening with my supper, for fear of getting too
active and being unable to sleep!
