Dear Raj, I had been doing yoga for three years and did build up to doing much more. The spelling of the yoga I do is wrong I think it is astanga yoga. I also did running and cat stretches also. The PD has just gotten worse for me. About two years ago in Nov. I even ran my first 10K in an hour, I also swim am a very active person. You are right though on should start out slow, and some of the positions are not for parkies.
