    Thanks for the info.  I think it must beAshtanga Yoga.  That makes sense
to me.  However, that tells meyoga is another exercise and it does not do
the miracle of keeping PD at bay. Anyway, congratulations on successfully
completing 10 K.  I would not even try that.
