Paula asked: charley, would you mind telling me what is the amantadine and how does it help? thanks a lot paula Amantadine is an antiviral med which was found to improve symptoms in PD patients while being used to treat flu in the 1960's. It seems to improve my movement. I use it along with Sinemet CR & Requip. However many PWP can't tolerate it.
