HI Connie:  I, too, am not on meds yet and have some rigidity altho it
doesnt sound as bad as yours.  I am finding that exercise helps keep me
limber.  And I must go thru some mild pain each morning as I first use by
left hand and leg.  The pain can be excrutiating at times depending on
whether I used it alot the day before or slept wrong.
I havve also tried all kinds of NSAID's with no effect.   Bob
