Hi! Joan:

    It is a very practical  idea to think of some sort of an Id for us,  PD
patients.  You might recollect something like that was recently introduced
by NPF.  I think every one lof us should carry an ID card about the size of
a business card with our history of ailment,  medication and the next of
kin's and the doctor's name and address to contact on an emergency.  Since
empty business cards are available, one can do up his/her own ID card and
carry it along on the person.  This way, if there is any change in the
condition, it can be immediately incorpoprated in the card.
