Hi,

Does anyone have any suggestions for exercises to reduce rigidity? My
appointment with the neurologist isn't for another 2 weeks and I'm not on
any medication yet (hopefully he will put me on some ASAP). In the
meantime, my neck and back get really, really stiff after a day at work. I
spend 6-7 hours with a computer every day and when I try to get up and
move around, I end up doing my "old granny" act.
