    I am sorry to hear about your dad.  Problems with swallowing is a highly
inconvenient and rather dangerous issue.  I understand that this is solved
by tube feeding.  You should immediately consult with a PD speciliast and do
the needful.
    you could alslo write to Dr. Lieberman of NPF at asktehdoctor forum for
some more useful advice.  But, you should give complete details on age,
duration of disease and medications taken etc.  Also write to Ms. Kathrynne
Holden of NPF, in her ask the dietitian column.
