In a sense it is all in your head in that it is a frequent trait to PWP. As
do most of our follies due to the core problem is locaed n the Substaintia
Nigra area of our braiins.
In some situatoins I ahve found that if I try to roll up to the balls of my
feet as i walk it tendss to ahlt the shuffling. Tis requries some
conccentration becasue it is not a normal pattern. The concentration part
gets more diffficlt over time therefore i have to quit chewing gum during
some of my walks."smiles"
I havent experienced any falls from freezing but to thoseoff you who have
did you have a lot of shuffling and short stetps prior to the falls. Is
there a direct ralation between freeaing and shffling?
