Hi1 I am taking 50 mg gluotathione capsule orally everyday. And I am also taking 100 mg phosphatidyl serine alongwith vit E 400 mg, 1/2 of a multivitamin pill, B12 500 mcg, folic acid 400 mcg and NAD. I feel Ps helps me in staying aert and also improving my handwriting to tolerabe evel; glutathione helps in boosting my energy. I am tempt ed to try 'brain sustain' a combination of antioxdants, PS,and a variety of nerve protecting compounds promoted by Dr. Perlmutter. Good luck!
