Hi1
I am taking 50 mg gluotathione capsule orally everyday. And I am also
taking 100 mg phosphatidyl serine alongwith vit E 400 mg, 1/2 of a
multivitamin pill, B12 500 mcg, folic acid 400 mcg and NAD.
I feel Ps helps me in staying aert and also improving my handwriting to
tolerabe evel; glutathione helps in boosting my energy.
I am tempt ed to try 'brain sustain' a combination of antioxdants,
PS,and a variety of nerve protecting compounds promoted by Dr. Perlmutter.
    Good luck!
    Raj
