Dear Janice,
Exercising is great. Wish I could do that. I do keep in motion though. Your
stiffness and cramping may go away quickly if you add liquid
Calcium/Magnesium to your diet  and glucosamine. It reallly works well for
me and took care of my wife's arthritis so well that she no longer uses
vioxx or tylenol for it.   Just a thought .
I never did like track but I envy you being able to run all of those miles
with PD cramping your style every time it gets a chance.  The Requip never
worked for me. Caused muscle weakness and blackouts. Ask your neuro or
better yet watch the timing of your symptoms in relation to what time you
take the pills.    Rob
