George,
I was taking alpha Lipoic Acid for about 6 months. I am not one with
Parkinson. I must say this is the best antioxidant I have tried.
However, I was taking this over and above vitamin E, and C. Lipoic Acid
is expensive. I felt that it toned my muscle and regenerated my
strength. I want to add that my husband who has Parkinson tried Coenzyme
Q10 and did not feel well. He was very hot and uncomfortable.
