Bob, your e-mail came thru fine! You and I have some similiarities in this "designer disease." I am 54 and was diagnosed 16 months ago. My initial symptom was that I felt like my rt arm did not belong to me, and I was also having trouble with stumbling. I was also EXTREMELY tired. My GP sent me to a motion specialist and he started me on Requip. I think you could benefit from PD drugs. Are you seeing a motion specialist? I do not feel as if my symptoms have progressed since diagnosis and if I had to pick the one thing that has helped me the most it would be quitting my job (I am a nurse). I still tire very easily, and move very slowly but I now have time to exercise and take care of myself. I can taylor my day to include 10 minute "power naps". I don't think that anyone can tell us what our future holds, but remember you are not alone.
