Margie, I'm the one with burning feet & legs, not my mother..  Neurontin was also prescribed but it made me to groggy. I'd nod off working in my shop, driving an auto or my boat. Neurontin didn't seem to help. I'm positive it is PD related in my case.

  nurse said to take this medicine NEURONTIN 100mg 3 x's a day.  I have
  burning feet, and the med seems to help me move easier.  The P.D. nurse
  for the Pittsburgh area is going to send me literatureeee, but she won't
  commit herself.  Modern medicine manageement STINKS.
