Hi folks, It is time for another dose of "two cents" on this topic ...... Raj's memory may seem foggy, but she is quite right! these vitamins and others are very important to thos of us sharing our bodies with Mr Parkinson . I would strongly urge you to read the following on the NPF web site http://www.parkinson.org/homocysteine.htm and pay special attention to the very end of the article where it talks about what supplements to take and the possible quantities used. Remember we are all different and react diffenently to vitamins as well as to meds. The key here is to stay as informed as possible - there are many similarities between PD and AD and a lot of the Meds are similar, but no matter what you do ...... you must go with a balanced program and not just trying this or that as simgle items. The B vitamins are great in Mega doseages, BUT they must be in balance and B-6 can be taken even if you are on sinemet ..... just take it at night when you are not normally on the sinemet ! Some times common sense needs to prevail. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Brightline" <[log in to unmask]> To: <[log in to unmask]> Sent: Sunday, August 25, 2002 1:03 PM Subject: Re: Oral GSH > Hi!
