A few more clarifications (don't book any cabs just yet!):

-- The package includes room and meals, with meeting rooms and coffee
breaks thrown in. So the difference between the two sites would be $20 plus
about $5 tax for each of the three days = $75 in total. Of course, that's
not counting what you might be tempted to spend on the spa at White Oaks!

-- Yes, airfare would be same for both sites, since you'd come into Pearson
Airport most likely. The registration fee shouldn't differ either. It's
ground transportation that would change. Getting people from the airport to
Hockley Highlands could be done with a few shuttle runs in people's vans or
cars. For White Oaks, we might have to rent a van and do a special run,
necessitating an extra transportation fee for some.

-- In good driving conditions, it would take under an hour to get from the
airport to Hockley Highlands, about two hours to get to White Oaks.
However, in Toronto we never make promises about "no traffic delays."
Driving along the highways between the airport and White Oaks might well
get people into stop-and-go traffic at some points, adding an hour or so to
the trip.
