I had a colonoscopy earlier this year.  No problem with the anesthesia,
although I did need to stop taking selegiline a couple of weeks prior to the
procedure.  I would advise checking with your neurologist.  Also make sure
that the doctor doing the procedure is aware of all medications being taken.
