Not to worry; the procedure is a piece of cake. I had 1 about a year ago and there were no problems of any kind. However, the pre-op preparation that you must drink is simply the most vile thing I've ever tasted. It was truly horrid. Make sure that the doctor who is performing this test is aware of your husband's PD well before the examination.
