Just returned from my tai chi class...tai chi does much the same thing Murray
describes.

My husband and I took ballroom dance a few years back. It was fun, though
what we did best was to supply comic relief for the class.

I am enjoying the idea of Murray waltzing, or perhaps percolating to a Latin
beat!
