Good Morning, Murr- You Canadians appear to be ahead of us in this regard. I have participated in the Unity Walk in NYC, and that is awesome, so I imagine a nation-wide Superwalk would be...well, spectacular. I haven't been much of an activist, sitting quietly in my little corner of Connecticut, BUT since I am currently jobLESS, indirectly due to my PD and have more time than money, and little to do but work on my unsold manuscripts, maybe this is the time to start. I feel like that Peter Finch character in that movie where he's screaming out the window that he's not going to take it anymore. I haven't a clue how to begin, so if someone with more politcal savvy can point me the right direction... Carole Hercun P.S. And let's be positive, folks. I don't need a godzillion replies saying I don't know what I'm talking about. I DON'T know what I'm talking about, so help me out. --- Murray Charters <[log in to unmask]> wrote: > Good Morning Carole, Meg, SuperWalkers, and All... > > SuperWalk for Parkinson’s raised nearly a million bucks > in Canada last year and will easily surpass that this > year... > > To put this into perspective...
