Dear Dr. Jorge, Thank you so much for the summary. It will help me make decision re trying Sinemet again if I can get botox injections to help dystonia in my feet and legs. I tried half a 50-200 pill the other day and it didn't seem to affect my dystonia like before, but didn't help my stiffness and balance problems either. Will see neuro at Loma Linda Medical Center re this Oct 8.
