I wonder if anyone does the skim milk powder trick. One banana plus one cup
cold milk plus 1/3 cup powdered makes a dandy thick milk shake -- add other
flavors/fruits if you wish. It has lots of nutrients and calories without a
lot of fat.

I used to do this in the olden days when I was trying to keep weight ON. Sic
transit...
