Time for a new neuro!!   A "no" doesnt cut it without really good reasons on
his part. If he is that inflexible he may also not be tailoring your meds to
your symptoms. He could be just following suggested protocol for parkys. We
aint all the same and neither are our symptoms.    Get some answers even if
it requires you to switch Docs. It is your health that is at risk so learn
the whys.  Good luck with your researching his "no".   Rob
