I know there are several herbs that help with sleep, anxiety, tension, etc, but I am not a doctor or alchemist skilled in ethnobotany. One I know is David Winston one of the founders of the American Herbal Guilde - herbalist and ethnobotanist. He has some pretty good extracts and works in conjunction with Rutgers University. I also do not have PD so please consult the experts, and I would not take any of these in conjunction with anti-depressants without consulting your physician or alchemist 1.Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) 2. Skull Cap Herb 3. Kava (restrictions to Canadians--some bad press, as folks that take mega doses had liver damage---but I think they may have been consuming other things too, or were heavy drinkers or something) 4. Passion Flower 5. Lemon Balm 6. Hops Extract 7 Lavender 8.Melatonin If you want more info, just email me directly.
