hello,
could anyone recommend anything for Insomnia for those with PD. My
mother,who has had pd for over twenty years now has reoccurring insomnia.
She has tried Trazedone, it worked for about a year, however the side effects
very undesirable.
Currently her physician has her on Ambien, a relatively new medicine for
sleep disorders. Of course my preference would be something more holistic.
Any recommendations?
And also, regarding PD resouces, does anyone have recommendations for an
excellent MD/Neurolgy contact in the San Diego area?
