Hi! I have been in touch with Dr. Paneri. The Indian Ayurvedic system works different than from our Western system. Most of these cures (true or false) are passed on from generation to generation secretively. They do not conduct double blind studies. There are good and bad Ayurvedic Doctors in India. How do you distinguish between these two is the question. Dr. Paneri has forthcome to treat Tom free of charge, knowing that it will give him some publicity if it works for Tom. This implies that atleast Dr. Paneri feels confident that his treatment will benefit PD patients. I am planning to visit India for a different reason. I have decided to meet with Dr. Paneri on 24th Nov02 on my way back to Canada. I shall be in a better positiion to tell you what I think about him at that time.
